My e-learning module is not working. What can I do?

If you are experiencing problems with the e-learning module (e.g., if it will not start, the log-in page does not appear), you can try emptying your cache.

It is important that you use one of the following browsers:

      • Internet Explorer, version 10 or higher
      • MS Edge
      • Firefox, version 38 or higher
      • Chrome, version 43 or higher
      • Android, version 4 or higher
      • Safari (for Mac users, we recommend the use of Chrome because not all functions are available with Safari)
      • Only for online office courses: It is not possible to use iPads or tablets
