My e-learning module is not working. What can I do?

If you are experiencing problems with the e-learning module (e.g., if it will not start, the log-in page does not appear), you can try emptying your cache.

It is important that you use one of the following browsers:

      • Internet Explorer, version 10 or higher
      • MS Edge
      • Firefox, version 38 or higher
      • Chrome, version 43 or higher
      • Android, version 4 or higher

For Safari, version 8 or higher you must have the following settings:

  1. Open Safari settings
  2. Change the default setting from “Allow from websites I visit” to “Always allow”
  3. Open the portal via the learning platform (it should now work properly)
